  • Stay in control - choose which accounts you'd like to move over to online statements. You can go back to paper statements at any time

How to switch over to online statements

  • Log in to digital banking
  • Click on the 'Statements' link
  • Select 'Start or stop receiving bank statements by post'
  • Select the 'Go paperless' option

Your email address - is it up-to-date?

We're soon going to send email alerts when your online statements are ready. If we don't have a valid email address for you by the time we start to send email alerts, we will have to automatically switch you to statements by post.

When you log in to digital banking, you'll see the email address we have for you - it's on the 'Important Messages' page. Please make sure this is the best email address to reach you at.
