Let us guide you through the switch to Bankline

We are here to make your move to Bankline internet banking as easy as possible.

To get started please register online. When we receive your completed registration we'll be in contact to guide you through the changeover.

To keep a record of balance and transaction data and payment history details from your existing electronic-banking software, use the export/archive function.

You can then save the information to a suitable location on your computer before your service is switched off.

When you start using Bankline, you can see statements showing balance and transaction data dating back six months for sterling accounts.

For currency or international accounts you can see statements from the last 100 days.

Over time this will build up to show statements dating back 15 months.

Please note that payment history details are not visible.

You will be able to transfer payment files from your electronic banking software to Bankline in the near future.

You need to export payment files you wish to keep to your computer before your old system is turned off.

Once your business starts using Bankline we will agree a date to turn off your old electronic-banking service.

Until this date you can continue to use your existing service. We strongly suggest you save historic data for your records.

If you are ready to turn off your old services now you can write to our registration team at the address below. Simply state your profile ID in the letter and have it signed by an authorised signatory for the business.

How to uninstall the software

You can uninstall Royline and old BankLine software using the Windows 'Control Panel' function called 'Add/Remove Programs'.

For network BankLine systems (both local and wide area), you must remove the software from the server and all the associated workstations.
