After you have registered for Bankline you will receive contact details of the Bankline helpdesk, who can provide help for using the features of Bankline.

Questions about your existing PC-based software can be answered by your usual helpdesk contacts.

*Calls may be recorded. Max call charge from a BT landline is 4p per minute. Calls from other networks may vary. Lines are open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
